I've been using Claude daily for dev work and kept re-explaining my project at the start of every chat. Here's the setup I've landed on, in case it's useful: Projects: instructions + memory files + a synced GitHub repo. Every chat in the Project starts with full context, so no more pasting files or describing the stack. Artifacts: I use them as real hosted pages now. Example: a portfolio pie chart built from live MCP data, and a review of my personal site with a shareable link. Scheduled Tasks: three running jobs. A weekday portfolio tracker writing to Airtable, a Gmail cleanup, and daily Airtable logs over MCP. They run without me opening Claude. Curious what others are running as scheduled tasks. Has anyone found good uses beyond inbox and logging? I recorded a walkthrough if you want to see it in action: https://youtu.be/OfhKoNpimXI
